Megan Osborne Romano '94
Megan is an accomplished educator and experienced school advisor within the Central Bucks School District. She has been a teacher in Central Bucks since 1998. Megan has led various professional development workshops within her school and for the district. In 2007, Megan received her National Board Certification. The National Board was established as the profession’s vehicle for defining and recognizing accomplished teaching. Since her graduation from the Mount in 1994, Megan played an active role with her alma mater. She officially joined the board in 2007 and assumed the role of President in 2013. Besides being active at the Mount, Megan serves as Vice President on the Home and School Board for Our Lady of Mercy Regional Catholic School in Maple Glen. She graduated from West Chester University in 1998 with a degree in Elementary Education and earned a master’s degree from Arcadia University in Special Education in 2002. In 2012, Megan continued with higher education as she returned to Arcadia University and received her English as a Second Language Degree. Megan lives in Ambler with her husband, Brian, and four children, ages 11-4.
Meaghan P. Londergan '00, Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP
At Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, a national law firm, Meaghan regularly represents companies involved in commercial matters. She also represents national and regional employers in connection with a variety of employment claims, including race, sex, national origin, disability discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, and retaliation claims. In addition to her commercial and employment practice, Meaghan represents attorneys in malpractice claims. Prior to joining FMG, Meaghan was an associate at Green, Silverstein & Groff, LLC and Dilworth Paxson, LLP in Philadelphia. She also worked in house as the principal legal advisor for two Mid-Atlantic companies that specialize in the sale and distribution of industrial automation components. Since 2012, Meaghan has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation. In addition to her legal activities, Meaghan is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Mount Alumnae Association and a co-founder of the Alumnae Association's Mount Network.
Bridget Flanagan '00, Human Resources Director at BBD, LLP
Bridget Flanagan ’00 is the Human Resources Director for BBD, LLP a mid-sized Public Accounting Firm in Philadelphia. In this role, Bridget is
responsible for cultivating and maintaining the company culture; remaining current on relevant laws, legal rulings and regulations affecting the workplace; developing recruitment plans and compensation and benefit programs that attract and retain top talent. Bridget graduated from Temple University with her B.B.A in Business Administration – Human Resources Management and received her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University. Prior to her position at BBD (which she heard about through a Mountie), Bridget held various roles in Human Resources for Pepsi and the Department of Navy. Bridget has been an active member of the Mount’s Alumnae Board and currently serves as the Alumnae Engagement Chair.
Bobbi Tumelty Kelly '00, Director of Human Resources at Kreischer Miller
Bobbi Tumelty Kelly has nearly 12 years of experience providing human resources advisory services to a variety of businesses, including privately-held companies and partnerships. Bobbi received her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Scranton, where she majored in communication, concentrating in interpersonal communication and human resources. She also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University. Bobbi also holds the designations of Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional. Bobbi has been an active member of the Mount community, serving two terms on the Mount’s Alumnae Board of Directors. She also is one of the co-founders of the Alumnae Association's Mount Network and currently serves as the committee chair.
Sue Doney Leonard '80
Sue Doney Leonard '84 graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 1984 with a B.S.N. degree. In 1989, she earned an M.S.N. in Nursing Education from Villanova University. She is the proud mother of five (Hanna '14, Siobhan '16, Rose '18, Seamus, and Analese).
Colleen Osborne Mook '90, Founder & CEO of Baby Be Hip
Colleen Osborne Mook ’90 is the founder and CEO of Baby Be Hip, a maker and seller of personalized baby gifts that will leave you smiling. Colleen launched Baby Be Hip in 2002 after leaving her corporate career to raise a family. Baby Be Hip and its products have been featured in national parenting magazines and on Good Morning America, and Colleen has appeared in various media, including The TODAY Show, for her accomplishments in building a successful brand while raising a family. Colleen takes an active leadership role in her community by mentoring young women and other small business owners. She also shares her experiences with the special needs of her daughter, Ellie, and educating others about differences, respect and tolerance. Colleen lives in Horsham, PA with her husband Brad and their four children (ages 13, 11, 9, and 4), whom she regards as her greatest accomplishment.
Danni Green Penska '00, Senior Fashion Designer at Lilly Pulitzer
Danni Penska is a Senior Fashion Designer of Sportswear and Children's at Lilly Pulitzer, a resortwear fashion brand. She has almost 12 years of experience in the industry, also designing for Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. She attended The Fashion Institute of Technology, The American University of Rome, and Philadelphia University, where she currently serves on the Design Program Board as an annual fashion show judge and mentor to aspiring students. Danni majored in Fashion Design with a double minor in Fine Arts and Fashion Merchandising. When she is not traveling for work, she spends weekends at Moore College of Art, teaching high school students through Young Artist Workshop, a program she attended herself as an MSJA student. Danni lives in Malvern, PA with her husband, Zachary, daughter, Cosette, and a little boy on the way!
Katie McClernand Sacchetta '05, A La Carte Director at the Union League of Philadelphia
After graduating from the Mount, Katie attended Lehigh University and studied marketing in the College of Business and Economics. She competed for the Varsity Cross Country and Track teams for four years and served as captain junior and senior years. Upon graduation in 2009, Katie began working at the Union League of Philadelphia as the Membership Coordinator. She then worked as Conference Service Manager and is now A la Carte Director. In her free time, Katie enjoys giving back to her alma mater, MSJA, by serving on the Alumnae Board. She is also a member of the professional organization Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).
Kate Klein Tuohy '06, Legal Staffing Account Executive at Beacon Hill Staffing Group
Kate graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing in 2010. After starting the first years of her career in events management with Aramark Sports & Entertainment, her growing interest in professional services and business development led Kate to ultimately make a career change. She received an opportunity to start with Beacon Hill’s legal division as a recruiter, where she transitioned into a client relations role after her first year. Kate is now responsible for developing relationships with legal professionals looking for new opportunities as she partners with various law firms and corporations. Excited to take on the market and grow the Beacon Hill brand and network, Kate has since become very active in the industry, holding board and committee member positions and serving as a business partner with several legal organizations. Most recently, Kate joined MSJA’s Alumnae Board of Directors, leading the Young Alumnae Committee
and working on events for the Alumnae Association's Mount Network and legal-focused events for Mount grads in the legal industry.
