1. COMPLETE A MOUNT SAINT JOSEPH ACADEMY APPLICATION
All applicants must create a Mount Admissions portal account at https://msjacad.fsenrollment.com/users/sign_in and complete the online application form for admission. The application fee is $75.00. Applications are currently being accepted for all grades.

2. SELECT A DATE FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP/ENTRANCE EXAM
All eighth-grade applicants are required to take a Scholarship/Entrance Exam. Applicants can register for a testing date through their Mount Admissions Portal checklist.
3. COMPLETE THE TRANSCRIPT RELEASE AUTHORIZATION FORM
Submit the Transcript Release Authorization form (found on the Mount Admissions Portal) to the principal or guidance counselor at your current school. By submitting the transcript release authorization, parents are giving permission for the release of attendance records, transcripts, and standardized test scores.
4. COMPLETE THE EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION REQUEST FORM
Submit the Evaluation and Recommendation request form (found on the Mount Admissions Portal) to a current English or math teacher, guidance counselor, or principal of your most recent school. One recommendation is required. The evaluator will submit the confidential evaluation and recommendation directly to the Mount.
5. SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT
Visiting the Mount is a great opportunity to learn more about the academic programs, athletics, clubs and activities, campus, and student life. 6. OPTIONAL - SUBMIT A TUITION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION
To be considered for tuition assistance, applicants should complete an online application through the ISM (Independent School Management) online service Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Please visit our TUITION ASSISTANCE page to review the tuition assistance application process. Asisstance awards will be communicated after admission decisions.
