Transfer Admission Process
The Mount welcomes qualified students to apply as transfer candidates. The Office of Enrollment Management works with transfer applicants as they explore the Mount and the application process. Please email email@example.com or call (215) 233-9133.

Please contact the Office of Enrollment to discuss your interest in transferring, the application process, and any questions you may have. We are excited to hear from you! The Mount accepts transfer applications for sophomore and junior classes.
COMPLETE A MOUNT SAINT JOSEPH ACADEMY APPLICATION.
All applicants must create a Mount Admissions Portal account and complete the online transfer application form. The application fee is $75.00. Applications are currently being accepted for transfer students where space permits for fall 2021.
Complete the Transcript Release Authorization Form.
Submit the Transcript Release Authorization form to the principal or guidance counselor at your current school. By submitting the transcript release authorization, parents are giving permission for the release of attendance records, transcripts, and standardized test scores.
Create the Evaluation and recommendation request form.
Submit the Evaluation and Recommendation request form to a current English or math teacher, guidance counselor, or principal of your most recent school. One recommendation is required. The evaluator will submit the confidential evaluation and recommendation directly to the Mount.
UPLOAD MATERIALS THROUGH YOUR MOUNT ADMISSIONS PORTAL.
Upload a copy of your course list/registration for the next academic year.
Optional: Submit a financial aid application.
To be considered for financial aid, applicants should complete an online financial aid application through the ISM (Independent School Management) online service Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Please visit our Tuition & Financial Aid page to review the financial aid application process. Aid awards will be communicated after admission decisions.
