Erica Snowden joined Friends Central School in July 2020 as Director of Equity and Multicultural Education. As a member of the school's administrative team, Erica oversees equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts school-wide.

Prior to FCS, Erica was at Greene Street Friends School, where she served in a number of roles since 2012, including Dean of the Lower School, Learning Specialist, and Diversity Clerk.

Before joining the Greene Street Friends community, Erica was Dean of Students at Friends School in Detroit.

Erica is a nationally recognized expert in the field of diversity and inclusion. She has published widely and is frequently asked to present at national and local conferences. Erica holds an MS in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA from Marygrove College, and a BS from Lincoln University.
