Athletic Tryouts

Registration for Spring Sports on Family ID opens on January 29 and closes on Sunday, March 1.

No one will be permitted to tryout without an uploaded physical to Family ID. Access Family ID Page for more Information.

• Physicals - anyone interested in trying out for a sport MUST have a physical - PIAA CIPPE form. The form can also be found on the Family ID page on the Mount website. Sections 1-5 need to be completed electronically on Family ID by parent/guardians, and also require the student signature. Section 6 must be completed by a physician and then uploaded to Family ID as a .jpeg or .pdf. 

• Students who have already participated in a sport this school year must also complete Section 7 and upload to Family ID as a .jpeg or .pdf. 

• No one will be permitted to tryout without a physical. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

• ImPact Testing - Incoming Freshman, Juniors, and New Students trying out for a Spring sport must complete an ImPact Test prior to the first day of tryouts. ImPact Test instructions will be emailed to the student after registration is completed.

• Athletics Fees - Blackbaud Tuition accounts will be billed when rosters are finalized. Families are charged $250 for the first sport and $225 each for second and third sports. Swimming is $450. Crew fees are determined at the beginning of each season.
