Student Leadership Council members are young women of courage, conviction, and compassion, who, as agents of transformation, are ready for any good work, embrace the mission of unity and reconciliation, and minister to the “dear neighbor.”
The Student Leadership Council is a group of self-nominated students, elected by the student body to partner with administration in building an effective school community. These young women provide a means of communication between students and faculty/administration and help to ensure the inclusion of student voice in decision-making.
Among students, the members of the SLC encourage and model the upholding of the Mount Mission, SSJ virtue, servant leadership, and general good citizenship.
