2025-26 Volunteer Opportunities
You may select as many events as you would like! We will follow up to discuss the details.
March Magic: Thursday, March 19, 2026; Volunteers are needed to help with registration, set-up and decorating as well as any prep work leading up to the event
Junior Ring Mass: March 26, 2026; Volunteers provide hospitality for guests after the event.
Field Day: Friday, April 24, 2026; Volunteers to help at stations and hand out treats 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. outside
Welcome Mass and Brunch: May 3, 2026; Volunteers are needed to help with set-up and break down and to serve as Mount ambassadors by sitting at guest tables and providing insight to new families
Senior Mother-Daughter Brunch: Tuesday, May 26, 2026; This event invites senior moms or guardians for a special brunch with their Mountie following graduation practice. The event is offsite and run by junior parents.
Senior Donuts with Dads: Wednesday, May 27, 2026; Volunteers are needed to pick up and serve coffee and donuts
Senior Awards Ceremony: Wednesday, May 27, 2026; Volunteers provide hospitality for senior parents and guests before the event
Uniform Exchange: The Parent Association provides a date in the summer for families to come in and shop for gently used uniform pieces. Prior to the exchange all families are asked to donate any uniform pieces for the exchange that they no longer need.
Parent Class Ambassadors: At least parents per class will be identified. The Class Ambassadors will work with the Parents Association Chairs and the Director of Engagement to disseminate any class-specific information.
