Use the User ID given to you at enrollment, then click "Create Account" and follow the instructions to create and activate your portal account.
If you're getting an error message that says “Your password reset request is invalid" or if you do not know your User name, please request a new password reset link by returning to the main login page and clicking “Forgot Username or Password.”
