2026 Fournier Medal Presented to Tina D'Orazio Gedgard '94

Each year, the Fournier Medal is awarded to an individual who exemplifies Mother Saint John Fournier's spirit through distinguished service and deep devotion to the Mount. This past May, the 2026 Fournier Medal for Distinguished Service was presented to Tina D'Orazio Gedgard '94.

Tina became a member of the Mount Board of Directors in 2021 and has served the Mount with generosity, loyalty, and strength. In the words of Mount President Sister Charlene Diorka, SSJ, "She embodies the mission of Mount Saint Joseph Academy—working for unity and reconciliation, striving always for excellence tempered by gentleness and compassion. She is an agent of transformation whose leadership is leaving a lasting legacy not only for today’s Mounties, but for generations yet to come."
