A Splash of Song and Dance: Singin' in the Rain at the Mount

From November 6–8, the Mount auditorium came alive as the spotlight shone brightly on the 2025 musical production of Singin’ in the Rain. With musicians tuned in the orchestra pit, cast members poised on stage, and the crew ready for all the behind-the-scenes action, everyone delivered a memorable theatrical experience filled with energy, talent, and joy!
This year’s production was a true collaboration, bringing together Mount students alongside performers from La Salle College High School and St. Joseph’s Prep. Together, the cast wowed audiences with captivating vocals, expressive acting, and impressive tap-dancing that brought the classic musical to life. Each scene showcased the dedication and hard work of everyone involved, from the leading roles to the ensemble members who filled the stage with movement and personality.
Audience members were delighted throughout the production, often singing along to familiar tunes and applauding enthusiastically after each scene.
