Continuing to Close the Loop—Connector Update!
All school year, the Mount community has watched as construction took place on the promised “connector” space that will adjoin the two sides of the school building. President Sister Charlene Diorka, SSJ, and Mr. Tristan Fennimore of EDiS Construction gave staff and students an exclusive inside look at the progress. What was once just a foundation and framing, now has walls, floors and even wiring!
This project, the first in a series of plans to update the facilities at MSJA, aims to unite the school community by easing the flow of traffic through the building and offering breakout spaces for students, faculty, and staff to engage with one another. The hope is for students to be flowing through the connector by the end of the spring.
