Maggie Mikalic '21 Receives Scholarship from Former Agents of FBI Foundation

The Trustees of the Former Agents of the FBI Foundation awarded a scholarship for the 2021-2022 academic year to Class of 2021 graduate Maggie Mikalic. Maggie plans to attend will attend Lehigh University's P.C. Rossin School of Engineering, where she will major in Chemical Engineering and swim on Lehigh’s Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving team.
At the Mount, Maggie was a student-athlete and as a freshman swimmer, was named Rookie of the Year. She went on to swim for the Mount Magic team for four years, breaking school records. She finished her high school sports career as a finalist at States.
She is the daughter of former FBI Special Agent James P. Mikalic. Mikalic served from 1988 through 2009, assigned to New York City, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia. For most of his career he worked on the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
The Former Agents of the FBI Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, Inc., located in Dumfries, Virginia. Scholarships are granted to outstanding students based on academic achievement, leadership, community service and financial need.
