The Mount student body was treated to a one-woman performance of the life of Marie Curie on March 12. The play was written and performed by Susan Marie Frontczak of Boulder, Colorado-based Storysmith. This dramatic play detailed the struggles and accomplishments of Madame Marie Curie. Curie's life from political oppression in childhood through her scientific discoveries unfolded in front of our Mount audience.
The performance was made possible by a generous grant from Cathy Drennen Seigl '60, with the goal of bringing more theater opportunities to the Mount.
