Mount Saint Joseph Academy to Host Live Graduation

117 graduates will receive diplomas in a live, on-site ceremony at Mount Saint Joseph Academy on Saturday, May 30, from 5-7pm. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Governor Wolf’s order to close all schools in the commonwealth through the end of the school year, Mount Saint Joseph Academy is one of the few local institutions hosting a live graduation.

Seniors and their immediate families will drive to campus, park in designated spots, and attend a live graduation ceremony from their cars. Graduates will process (socially distanced) to receive their diplomas from a safe distance.

In the fall, students from Mount Saint Joseph Academy will attend several Ivy League and prestigious institutions, including Brown University, Georgetown University, the Juilliard School, and the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
