New Collaborative Work Spaces
In an ongoing effort to ensure our facilities meet the current and future needs of our Mount students, the Mount embarked upon a capital improvement this summer. The former external breezeway that connected the walkway between the hallway outside the auditorium and the hall adjacent to the Alumnae Room has been removed, and site work has begun for the construction of a connector space that will not only provide better movement throughout the school building, but will also provide for innovative, collaborative work spaces. These "breakout rooms" will provide space for students to work on group projects, hold small meetings, or provide a place for quiet study. We anticipate the construction of this new, bright space should be completed by early spring of 2024.
