Members of the Purple & Gold Club make a significant commitment to the mission of Mount Saint Joseph Academy by giving an annual gift of $1,000 or more to the Mount Fund. The members of this distinguished group help to shape and secure the fiscal future through their support.

The Mount has a number of named endowment funds that have been established to provide a financial award or assistance to students for various reasons. Usually, when individuals (or groups/classes) established these funds, they specify criteria for disbursing the annual interest earnings or set amounts on the funds. These funds have been established by parents, alumnae and friends of the Mount.

Many graduates choose to commemorate their reunion year with a gift in support of today’s students. You can designate a gift in honor of your reunion and help your class gain special recognition at the Reunion Event held in the spring.

Giving a gift In Memory of or In Honor of creates a unique opportunity to recognize family and friends. You can make these gifts directly online or by contacting the Development Office.

The Sister Claire Helene Society has been established to honor those alumnae and friends of Mount Saint Joseph Academy who have remembered the Mount with a planned gift or bequest. These gifts become a permanent part of the Endowment, providing a source of income upon which the school can depend and use for years to come. The Society is named in loving memory of a beloved Latin French and Religion teacher who inspired two generations of Mount alumnae.
