Your gifts, in any size, shape or form, have a direct impact on the Academy's ability to give the young women in its care the an exemplary education. Gifts of Cash
Outright cash gifts represent the most traditional form of contribution and may be provided by individuals, corporations, or foundations. Matching Gifts
Many companies will match their employees’ donations—sometimes even doubling your gift! If your employer participates, your contribution to the Mount Mission Fund can go twice as far, directly supporting our students and programs. Include your company’s matching gift form with your donation, and we’ll take care of the rest. Click here to see if your company will match your gift to the Mount Mission Fund.
Electronic Fund Transfer
A convenient way to support the Mount is through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You can quickly and safely set up your credit card to automatically deduct a specified amount monthly to the Mount Mission Fund. To participate, contact the Advancement Office.
Tribute & Memorial Gifts
Honor someone special—a teacher, coach, alumna, or friend—by making a tribute or memorial gift to the Mount. Whether for a birthday, anniversary, remembrance, or just to show appreciation, your gift celebrates those who enrich your life while supporting our students and programs.

Gifts of Stock or Appreciated Securities
Contributing gifts of stock or appreciated securities is a straightforward way to support the Mount while providing potential tax advantages for you and your family. Such gifts allow you to claim a full fair-market value tax deduction and eliminate capital gains tax on the appreciated amount. To initiate a transfer, simply consult your broker to determine which securities and the number of shares you wish to contribute. The value of your gift, for tax purposes, is calculated as the mean market value of the securities on the date they leave your brokerage account. An official tax receipt will be issued once the Mount has received the gift.
To ensure that you are properly credited for your gift, before transferring any stocks, please notify Shannon Thompson Connolly ‘86, Chief Advancement Officer at 215-233-3177 ext. 389 or sconnolly@msjacad.org.
